Product Structure

■The pump casing adopts a bent pipe structure, which can be fabricated by welding or manufactured as a single casting.

■The mechanical seal utilizes a cartridge-type structure, facilitating easy installation and removal while ensuring reliable operation.

■The core pump assembly typically consists of components such as the impeller, pump body, shaft, bearings, and seals. The drive section employs a direct coupling connection with a vertical motor.

■The bearing housing and motor base are designed as independent structures. One type of bearing housing can be matched with multiple specifications of motor bases, significantly improving component commonality and interchangeability, thereby reducing product costs.

■Designed for vertical installation, which simplifies both installation and maintenance. Inspection and maintenance of the pump's impeller and rotor components can be performed without disconnecting the inlet and outlet pipelines, helping to shorten maintenance cycles and reduce labor intensity and maintenance costs.
