The period around the Qingming Festival is indeed a perfect time for outdoor activities like mountain climbing and spring outings. To promote communication among young employees, create a harmonious team atmosphere, and enrich their spare time, on April 15th, under the careful organization and planning of the Communist Youth League Committee of Youhua Technology Group Co., Ltd., a team of over 30 people, consisting of young employees from the group and its subsidiaries as well as invited business friends from Huashang International City, went to Baisheng Village in Xianshi Town for a one-day spring outing and barbecue activity.

Around 8:40 a.m. on April 15th, everyone arrived at the assembly point one after another to make preparations before departure. At 9:00 a.m., the group, full of expectations, set off in high spirits.

Along the way, the team was filled with laughter and singing. Unconsciously, the unfamiliar faces became much closer to each other. Amid everyone's eager anticipation, they finally reached the first stop of the trip - Xianshi Ancient Town. Under the guidance of the person in charge of the Youth League Committee, everyone walked slowly along the stone path by the Fuxi River, enjoying the gentle spring breeze and the bright sunshine.

After appreciating the solemn grandeur of Chen Family Ancestral Hall and the simple tranquility of Xianshi Ancient Town, the group pressed on with renewed energy towards the final destination of the trip. The bright red flag of the Youth League fluttered freely in the wind, always leading the way at the front of the team. Happy laughter drifted in the wind, and the sweat of youth glistened in the sun. After nearly an hour of hiking, they finally arrived at Baisheng Village, the destination of this trip.

At noon, "self-service barbecue" - a highlight of this activity, kicked off. Everyone brought out their "various cooking skills" and joined in the barbecue. They prepared food by themselves and cooperated with each other. The scenes of "snatching food" and "visiting other tables" made the atmosphere even more harmonious. Amid the curling smoke, they barbecued while eating, and chatted while enjoying the food, fully savoring the joy of "feeding oneself through one's own labor". Everyone let go of their reserve and restraints, communicated with an open mind, and the air was filled with hearty laughter as people bonded closely.

After the lively and joyful lunch, everyone took a short break. They gathered in small groups of two or three to chat freely. Still full of enthusiasm as when they set out, they began to express their opinions and discuss the next activity arrangements. Finally, they divided into two teams: the "quiet team" and the "active team". The quiet team chose to pick strawberries. Under the bright spring sun, the bright red and tender strawberries were fragrant and quite attractive. The active team, on the other hand, chose boating - an activity that combines cooperation and competition. They took five small boats, with 4 to 5 people on each boat, and enjoyed the leisure time with the fresh wind brushing their faces on the slightly rippling man-made lake. However, when energetic people get together, a competition is inevitable, and the intense water fight added a unique charm to the activity!

The tiredness of the day gradually faded away amid the bursts of laughter. Everyone embarked on the journey back with reluctance. Different from the reserve at the start, the group had now integrated into a united team, creating a pleasant, harmonious and friendly collective atmosphere. This spring outing not only enriched everyone's spare time and relieved the pressure from busy work, but also enhanced the communication among young employees of the group and its subsidiaries, and strengthened the cohesion of the group's young team!

Life should be like this: put aside work for a while, feel the emotions around you that you might have ignored, and cherish the present moment. Only in this way can we embrace a more beautiful future.
