On April 22, 2022, from 8:50 AM to 4:00 PM, the pumping company organized a special training on production safety and a fire drill. Participants in this training included 37 middle and senior management personnel and 33 key frontline production staff. The company attaches great importance to this training, not only requiring all middle and senior management to participate but also having General Manager Fu Yonggao and Vice General Manager Yao Shude, who is in charge of safety, give speeches before the training. They emphasized the importance of production safety and the necessity of learning safety production laws and regulations and producing in accordance with the law and regulations. They urged everyone to unify their thoughts, strengthen learning and management, and ensure that the company's production safety proceeds in an orderly manner.
This training is divided into two phases. In the morning, the first phase of learning is led by the company's safety administrator, Li Lin, who will cover topics such as safety production laws and regulations, safety production standardization, existing issues in the company's safety management, and safety risk identification. The HR and Administration Department's Gong Juxiang will explain the relevant content of the company's newly revised "Work Injury Management Measures."
In the afternoon, the second phase of learning will be conducted, where the fire training company will explain fire safety knowledge and organize a drill on the use of fire-fighting equipment.
Through this training, a better reinforcement effect has been achieved in enhancing the safety production awareness of the company's management and strengthening accident prevention. Heads of various departments expressed at the meeting that they will immediately organize department employees for training and learning after the meeting, while also identifying safety hazards within their departments, making timely corrections to ensure that both production and safety are prioritized, truly preventing minor issues from escalating into larger problems. |
